The Kingdom of the Blind
Technically my debut novel. (A previous one is lurking on a disc somewhere.)
Set in the near future where your mobile phone is no longer metaphorically glued to your hand. It's in your head and decides what you can or can't see. An unlikely friendship forms between a body designer and possibly the last human with natural eyes. What can you trust when your own senses lie to you. Or who?
Invisible Enemy
I entered this into a Warhammer 40k writing competion. If you have no idea what that is, just see it as a sci-fi short story where a group of soldiers are stranded on a hostile alien world.
Homeless
A moment of whimsy that turned into a short story. I seem to have a thing for distopian futures. If you want to read it as a satire on Amazon feel free - but they're publishing my book and I wouldn't want to upset them by confirming that.
Life Ship
I wrote this back when I was in school studying for my GCSEs. Hopefully I have improved a little since then...
Deja Vu
A mining survey on an alien planet goes badly wrong. At one point I seriously considered turning this short story into a novel. Maybe one day.
Tempas Redux
The patrol ship Estoque is sent to investigate a mysterious space station on the edge of the solar system. All but one of the station's crew have vanished, communications are down and something terrible lurks in the shadows. As the would-be rescuers start to vanish into the dark can the remaining crew of the Estoque understand what is happening before it takes them all? Read a preview Buy the paperback Buy the eBook
The Green Tide
Another Warhammer 40k story, this one needs a little background so I wouldn't read unless you know who the Tau are...
Do let me know what you think.
I enjoy collaberations so if there is a project you think might be fun to work on together do drop me a line.
